Revenue Based Financing 

The first step is filling out an application, which usually takes just a few minutes. 

✅ Basic business information (industry, time in business, etc.)
✅ Revenue details (monthly or annual revenue)
✅ Bank statements and/or accounting software access (e.g., QuickBooks, Stripe, Shopify)
✅ A funding request amount

Unlike traditional loans, we don’t focus on personal credit scores or collateral—approval is based on revenue performance.

Once approved, you receive an upfront capital injection based on your company’s revenue. Lenders assess your financial health, typically reviewing metrics like:

✅ Monthly or annual revenue trends
✅ Growth potential and profit margins
✅ Business model stability (e.g., SaaS, e-commerce, subscription services)

Unlike traditional loans, RBF does not require personal collateral or rigid credit checks. Funding amounts usually range from $10,000 to several million dollars, depending on revenue size.

Instead of fixed monthly payments, you repay the lender through a fixed percentage of your future revenue. This means:

✔️ Payments align with sales – higher sales mean larger payments, while lower sales result in smaller payments.
✔️ Cash flow remains stable – no pressure to meet fixed repayment deadlines.
✔️ No long-term burden – repayments automatically adjust based on performance.

For example, if you secure $100,000 in RBF at a 6% revenue share:

• In a high-sales month ($100,000 revenue), you'd pay $6,000 toward repayment.

• In a slower month ($50,000 revenue), you’d pay $3,000 instead.

RBF does not have a fixed repayment period. Instead, you continue making payments until you’ve repaid the agreed-upon amount, which includes the initial funding plus a predetermined repayment multiple (e.g., 1.2x to 2x the funding amount).

For example, if you receive $100,000 in RBF with a 1.5x repayment cap, your total repayment will be $150,000 over time. This could take months or years, depending on your revenue growth.

Once the total repayment amount is reached, the agreement is complete—no lingering debt, no interest accumulation, and no equity loss!
